Use of the Service
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and Microsoft’s terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service to violate any third party’s rights or to process data in a way that breaches your organization or client obligations.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans (Standard, Enterprise) are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy (see Support for details). We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
